Kent Athletic & Wellness Center opens its facility to certified instructors who are independent contractors for classes such as Vibe and Ballet. Classes can be taken by members, non-members and visitors to the Center.

Designed to sculpt, slim, and improve muscular fitness; this one and a half class begins with a warm-up of rhythmic limbering, followed by toning and strengthening work with light weights and mats, ends with a stretching cool down.

A yoga styled class concentrating on strength and sculpting the core; abdominals, obliques, and low back. Please bring your yoga mat and bare feet. Class closes with stretching and relaxation.

This class develops strength and flexibility while integrating the body and mind. We make use of preparatory and classical poses while moving with the breath, ultimately working towards relaxation and a sense of well being.

Join the hottest dance party around the world! Zumba (zoom bah) comes from a Colombian origin and roughly means "fast moving." and that's what this class is all about!

Uses the Cecchetti method, a graded system of classical ballet that takes the student from beginning ballet to solo status; provides a solid base for training children, adults and teachers.

The Center's large fitness room houses equipment for a wide variety of fitness, aerobic, training, dance and ballet classes.
