I come from a family with a history of diabetes. My doctor told me that the way I avoided it was with all that jumping around. It is called Zumba. I love to teach it and take it, the music moves you. I have lost 50 pounds dancing. I wanted to challenge myself so I started taking HIIT class. I know it was a good move because I lost more weight and several inches. Come on in,it works all you have to do is show up and work it.
My co-worker begged me to try some lunchtime workout classes and I really enjoyed them. My favorite is Erica’s boot camp abs class on Thursdays because it makes me feel like I will finally be able to get my core strength back after having kids!
We also offer a Racquetball Court, which is also available for “walleyball.”
