I come from a family with a history of diabetes. My doctor told me that the way I avoided it was with all that jumping around. It is called Zumba. I love to teach it and take it, the music moves you. I have lost 50 pounds dancing. I wanted to challenge myself so I started taking HIIT class. I know it was a good move because I lost more weight and several inches. Come on in,it works all you have to do is show up and work it.
I joined the gym to keep active after an injury! I never knew how to use the weight machines and was very intimidated by all the equipment. I am feeling confident now after my orientation with a fit.coach and if I ever have any questions, I don’t hesitate to ask.
