Summer 2019 Fit Performance Training.
Introduction to Strength Training. Grades 5-12. 8, 1-Hour Sessions from July 24th-Aug 17th on Wednesday nights at 6:00p and Saturday mornings at 9:00a. Participants will learn to move their bodies well in the effort to gain strength and knowledge of weightlifting.
